First homes complete at Peninsula Grange

Construction of Units 1 – 8 is now complete as we welcome our very first residents to the village. The remaining homes in Stage 1 (Units 9 – 19) are due for completion in September 2011. While the temporary clubhouse is complete and available for resident use, construction of Stage 1 of the future clubhouse has now commenced, with slab preparation underway.
